The Founder
Anand has over 2 decades of experience in actuarial including pricing & product development, valuation, IFRS17, LDTI, reinsurance, asset liability management (ALM), Capital management & risk management. His previous roles span from Chief Actuary, Head of Regional Actuarial, Head of pricing & valuation and Head of Strategic Planning & Shareholder Reporting in various global insurance companies across Asia. He has worked for companies in India, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, The Philippines and Myanmar.
Anand is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (UK), a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of India and a Fellow of Actuarial Society of Malaysia. Anand graduated from the prestigious University of Delhi with First Class Honours in Statistics.
Anand founded ActEdge with an aim to provide a holistic end to end actuarial services to his clients to help companies navigate the challenging terrain of insurance business. He is an actuary with exceptional business acumen and a global perspective. His clients and his organizations benefit from his strong grasp of strategic, operational and risk management aspects of the business.
